Message	the stopper bolt still in, with no belt tension on it. I have no idea how far it would extend out if I removed the stopper bolt with no belt tension on the tensioner. I haven't tried it as I don't want to have to compress it again down to 4mm, which is hard enough to get the belt around as I have to push on the tensioner with a lot of pressure just to get the tensioner mounted when set at 4mm.
